Hello, you have to regularly do exercise and should modify your diet which contains less salt in it ..

Dr. Shivangi Singh

There is nothing like home management, although you can focus on low salt intake and exercise. If your bp is more than 120/80 then kindly seek to the doctor as bp can be life threatening.

Reduce salt intake in diet to very minimum. Reduce weight , reduce peripheral fat . Do exercise daily or you can walk for 1/2 hr daily after dinner . Include green leafy vegetables and salads in diet . Any doubt you can consult me online here

As such there is nothing specific like home management for high blood pressure. Although you can do regular exercise and reduce salt intake in your diet. If it still persists then consult your doctor.

You can follow DASH diet Reduce usage of salt by less than 1 spoon a day Main goal should be on reducing weight, which will eventually reduce peripheral resistance, age related vascular changes in arteries and hence hypertension. But in the end you can only control bp but not cure with lifestyle modification. Some drugs can control your bp and prevent complications associated with longterm htn. Thank you
