To review your doctor, visit the Review Your Doctor page and search for your doctor’s name and location. When writing your review, please keep in mind that all reviews must comply with the Site Review Guidelines in order to be posted. If you cannot find your doctor, please contact us with their information and we will submit them to be added to the site.

To review a facility, which includes practices and hospitals, search for it using the search bar. Once you find the listing, you can click 'Write a Review' to get to the facility review form. Please keep in mind that all reviews must comply with our Review Guidelines in order to be posted.

We require a registered login for all reviews. We’ve found that requiring users to sign up to leave a review helps us ensure that reviews are from real patients.

In addition to written reviews and an overall star rating, patients are encouraged to leave a set of category star ratings. You can leave star ratings on communication, scheduling, staff, treatment, and bedside manner. The overall star rating is different than the category star ratings and gives you an opportunity to provide more information on the specifics of your experience.

Any specialty that requires a doctor or provider to have a license is listed on site. This includes Doctors), Dentists, Therapists, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and more. To browse our complete list of specialties, visit our Specialty Directory. We also allow users to leave reviews for facilities, which includes practices and hospitals. We add new facilities to our database every day, but please contact us if you cannot find the facility you’re trying to review.

It’s possible that your doctor or facility may not have been added to our database yet. Contact us with the missing doctor or facility information (name, address, specialty, etc.) and we will submit them to be added to our database. We add healthcare data to our database every day and appreciate your help in this process.

If your review does not meet our guidelines, you will be notified via email and asked to edit and re-submit your review. We do not suppress, reject, or influence credible reviews, whether they are positive or negative.

We dedicate significant time and resources to moderate reviews and ensures that the content published on site reflects the real experiences of real patients. We have employees trained in quality assurance to enhance our prevention methods and our team spends a great deal of time ensuring the integrity of content on site, and we use automated tools that help flag questionable content for review. Once your review is approved, you will receive an email and it will be published on your doctor or facility profile. You may see all the reviews you have written as well as their approval status by logging in and visiting My Reviews.

Reviews are moderated by the team members to ensure compliance with our Review Guidelines. While we reserve the right to edit reviews for clarity or grammar, we will never alter the sentiment or content of the review.

Yes, you can! As part of our mission to bring you honest and reliable information, we ensure that every review goes through our comprehensive approval process. All of our reviews follow our Review Guidelines and have been read by a member of the team to verify their legitimacy and quality. Further, we use an artificial intelligence software to help us maintain the integrity of our reviews.

Under no circumstances can a doctor or facility pay to remove or manipulate their reviews or ratings.

Unlike other review sites, we will never suppress or remove a negative review, as long as it complies with our Review Guidelines. While you may notice that your negative review of a doctor on other review sites is hidden or eliminated entirely, we do not accept payment from doctors for the removal or editing of reviews. Leaving a review on site ensures that your experience is shared and will help countless other patients find the right doctor for their needs.

As part of our mission to be transparent, we want to help you understand the various types of directory listings on site. Below, we've provided an explanation for every directory listing type you might encounter while searching for a doctor or facility on site.

Standard Listings

Every provider and facility profile on site can be found in our directory. The order of listings is determined using an internal algorithm which considers the search query, ratings, reviews, completeness of profile and other variables in order to help you find the right doctor or facility for your needs. Providers can boost their visibility by completing their profile through the Portal. If you are a provider that's interested in managing your online reputation, we'd be happy to help you get started. Featured Listings

We may select complete profiles with headshots to be featured in our directory.

Sponsored Listings

We offer marketing opportunities to doctors and facilities that are interested in promoting their practice and reaching more patients. We do not treat ratings or reviews for sponsored listings any differently than other listing types and will never remove a review unless it violates our policy. Sponsored listings promote doctors and facilities to prospective patients and should be regarded as advertising. Sponsored doctors and facilities have a financial relationship with us. Prospective patients can use sponsored listings as a directional tool to aid in their search for a doctor or facility.

Inactive or Retired Listings

Doctors and facilities can be marked as retired or inactive if they are no longer in practice. We place inactive and retired listings at the end of our directory. We keep these profiles on our site to let patients know that the doctor or facility is no longer in practice. We ask that providers who have retired but are still practicing part-time to not mark themselves as inactive.

The site ensure that patient information is never revealed. We recommend that you are careful about disclosing any information that may reveal your identity in written reviews, including your display name or location.

We collect basic information (name, email, etc.) from site users to help verify that they are real patients leaving truthful reviews. Your information will never be shared with a third party and we will never reveal any personal information on the site.

It is possible that your confirmation email is in your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email after checking your spam and junk folders, please contact us and we will send you a new email.

You may reset your password page. Enter the email you used to register for an account, and we will send you a reset link for your password.

If you no longer wish to receive email from us, please visit our unsubscribe page, type in your email address and click 'Unsubscribe'.

Providers and practice managers are welcome to claim profiles through their dashboard, free of charge. Once you sign up and confirm your email address, you can make edits to your profile(s), such as updating existing information and personalizing your profile, while you await verification.

Practice managers, office managers, and other third-party representatives are welcome to claim multiple profiles on behalf of a provider or facility. When you sign up, please select the role that best describes you to verify that you are eligible to claim multiple profiles. Once you sign up and confirm your email address, you can make edits to your claimed profiles while you await verification. All edits are reviewed by our team before being published. If you have more than 10 profiles you’d like to claim, please see our “I want to claim 10+ profiles; how can I bulk upload them?” section below.

Claiming your profile allows you to update your contact information, personalize your profile, and monitor your reviews. Use your profile to attract potential patients and help them learn more about you; profiles with a complete About section receive 10x more profile views than profiles without it.

Personalize Your Profile:

Make your profile stand out and help patients get to know you better by including information such as:

  • Biography
  • Headshot & gallery images
  • Conditions you treat.
  • Insurance you accept.
  • Patient advice
  • Monitor Reviews:

You will receive an alert when a patient leaves a review about you and also have the opportunity to respond to reviews.

Your profile will not be Verified until you confirm your email, and a member of the team reviews your claim to confirm it is legitimate. Once your claim has been approved, you will receive a Verified Badge. This badge will be displayed on your profile to let patients know that your profile claim and edits have been vetted by a team member.

If you can't find your provider profile on site, it is possible that we don't have your information in our system. Please contact us with your name, Medical Registration Number, location, and specialty so we can investigate for you.

If you can't find your facility profile on site and would like us to manually create a profile for you, please contact us with your facility name, address, and phone number.

You may add a headshot once you’ve claimed your profile. You are also able to include additional gallery images, such as photos of your office and office staff, parking options, and building. All images will be reviewed and approved by the team before they’re published.

The site offers sponsored profiles to further the reach of your practice to prospective patients. If you didn't upgrade your profile, your office manager or your third-party representative, including your facility, health system, telehealth service, digital health technology provider, and specialty listings network, may have upgraded your profile on your behalf. You can always adjust how your profile and sponsored profiles appear anytime by using your  Doctor Portal.

Images and videos are a great way to provide patients with information about you or your practice. Please review these dos and don'ts to ensure your images and videos are compliant with our terms. All content will be reviewed and approved by the team before they're published. We will not display any images or videos that violate the terms. If your content was rejected and you believe it did not violate our terms, please contact us and we can revisit your request.

Do:

  • Keep it professional and informational. This is the patient's first introduction to you!
  • Be creative. You can show patients your office, introduce the office staff, and more.
  • Be thoughtful with the information you post about yourself and your practice. Please keep it PG-13!
  • Use your best judgement. Provide content that is thoughtful and will enrich experience.

Don't:

  • Use explicit, hateful, or inappropriate language.
  • Upload images or videos that you're not legally authorized to use.
  • Include any graphic or violent content.

We allow providers and facilities with claimed profiles to respond to reviews. Please review the Review Response Guidelines before submitting your response and make sure the response is written as you wish to see it posted on our site. Responses may be submitted directly from your dashboard and will be published on your profile once they have been approved by a member of our team. Simply sign up and claim your profile to respond to a review.

We allow patients to leave reviews for every provider specialty, without exception. While we understand that certain specialties (psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, etc.) may deal with more sensitive matters, our review approval process is comprehensive enough to safeguard against false reviews. If you believe that a patient review violates our review guidelines, please contact us.

If you believe that a patient review violates our review guidelines, you may report it to us. Please contact us and provide the following information:

  1. Your name and/or your facility’s name
  2. A link to the review in question and/or the username of the individual who wrote the patient review.
  3. The reason you contend that the review violates our guidelines.
  4. If you so request, we will bring any factual dispute to the attention of the user so that the user may consider modifying the review. Any decision to modify the review will be at the sole discretion of the user. We will not forward any messages that we determine to seek to threaten or intimidate the user.

We provide information on doctors and facilities by aggregating information from both public and private sources.

Profile Removal:

Because the information listed on profiles is of interest to the general public, our policy is that we do not, under any circumstances, remove a profile. We are able to flag profiles as not practicing, retired, or deceased as needed. To update your status, please contact us.

Personal Information:

We are deeply committed to making our data accurate and will gladly work with you to correct any errors. For this reason, we do permit the redaction of a personal phone number or address location. The easiest way to do this is to claim and edit your profile on site. This gives you full control over your profile and alerts you if anyone leaves a review.
