It would be recommended to you to do proper consultation to doctor and take proper treatment regarding complaints . The skin infection can have many underlying causes which should be removed and it better not to apply any kind of medicine to the skin as it may cause suppression of symptoms and further lead to any other complaints .

1. Tab Itraconazole 100 mg – 1 tab twice daily after meals × 4 weeks 2. Luliconazole cream – Apply twice daily to affected area × 6 weeks 3. Nizoral soap – Use for bathing once daily 4. Cetirizine 10 mg at bedtime if itching is severe Advice: - Wear loose cotton clothing - Do not use steroid creams - Maintain hygiene and avoid sharing towels Follow-up: After 4 weeks or sooner if worsening ( Do Not take these medicines if you are allergic to them )
