For a 3 year old child you can give 125 mg ( 2.5 ml) every 6 hrs like 4 doses/ day You can give it for 3 days Remember to monitor temperature and symptoms But it is better to consult a pediatrician if fever persists more than 4 days or Any side effects like vomiting, rashes

Kindly measure the weight of the child first ... A standard dosage of paracetamol syrup should be given at 0.6 ml / kg of body weight... For further management you can consult me here

3 years of age we can assume weight of 8 to 10 kgs so 120 mg to 150 mg is sufficient so 2.5 ml of 250 mg / 5 ml is sufficient

Dr. Akash Sheelwanth

General Physician Gulbarga

Paracetamol dose is 10 - 15mg/kg if your child's weight is considered at around 10kg at 3yrs then approx 2.5ml (250mg/5ml) can be given. Thank you
