He has been operating as a tertiary level specialist orthopedic surgeon for more than 11 years and has operated in many major hospitals in India including Jaipur, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. He has superb record of excellent results in treating of the most difficult problems in orthopaedics in the field of joint replacement, arthroscopies, deformity corrections, treating bone infections, and, a large number ( hundreds of references ) of patients who have had repeated unsuccessful surgeries in the past or were denied treatment at various major hospitals is a testimony to the wonderful work done over the last more than 11 years.
Dr. Prateek Goyal works as a consultant orthopedic surgeon at prestigious Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital. He is a specialist in joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, shoulder and other joints. He has a wide range of experience working both in India and abroad. He is one of the few orthopedic surgeons who is fellowship trained in arthroscopy & sports medicine as well as trained in primary and revision/re-do joint replacement surgery in the Germany.
Dr. Prateek has presented many research papers in major prestigious conferences throughout the country like IOACON, KOACON, ROSACON etc and has been the proud winner of Vinod Jaskaran Porwal Gold Medal for the best scientific paper and he has been the first surgeon to receive that award in the state.
