Patient can suffer from single to multiple joint pain involving small joints of hands and feet, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle or back spine. Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, sjogren syndrome, dermatomyositis and systemic sclerosis are some common disease streated by rheumatologists.
