Types of Exercises to Reduce Breast Size

There are many exercises that you can do at home or outside but doing them with the right technique is important to burn fat in specific areas. Some exercises, such as chest exercises, push-ups, and cardiovascular exercises, help burn fat quickly. And if you can’t do heavy exercises, then you should try running, swimming and power walking to burn your fat and reduce breast size.

Before initiating any exercise, you need to keep a few things in mind.

- Always wear comfortable and proper clothes for exercising.

- Do not start any exercise suddenly or without knowing its results.

- Warming up and stretching before every exercise is a must, as it reduces the chances of any internal injuries.

- Always lift weight according to your strength.

- Do not overdo exercises, as it results in serious health issues.

- If you feel discomfort or sudden pain, then stop the workout quickly.

Here are some simple and hard exercises and the right ways of doing them.

1.Cardiovascular Exercises

Cardiovascular exercises are done to reduce overall body fat. When you lose overall body fat, you will look slim, and your breasts will look even reduced.

Some of the easiest cardiovascular exercises include swimming, running, and cycling.

2.Swimming

During swimming, try to focus only on front and back strokes; it helps burn fat around the breasts.

3.Running/Jogging

Jogging and running are crucial to do daily, as it not only reduces the breast size but also lifts them. You should spend at least 20 to 30 minutes jogging daily.

4.Cycling

Cycling is an overall fat-burning exercise that fits us. It promotes metabolism and reduces the fat tissues around the breasts.

5.Push-ups

Push-ups do not directly reduce breast size; they help strengthen the pectoral muscles which are under the breasts. This causes the chest area to look toned and reduced.

You should do this exercise in a plank position and perform at least three sets of 10-15 reps.

6.Bent Knee Push-ups

Bent knee push-ups are similar to push-ups, but you need to do a little more in this. It helps strengthen the chest muscles and indirectly helps reduce the breast size. Do this exercise at least 10-15 times on repeat.

7.Aerobic Exercises

Aerobic exercises should be done on a regular basis for the best results. It helps in burning fat tissues and also increases metabolic activities. It is considered one of the best and easiest exercises to reduce breast size.

8.Leg Raise

Leg raises help in reducing breast size and toning the abdominal muscles. It also prevents sagging of the breasts. You need to lie on the floor and then raise both legs up, keeping the knees straight. Inhale while raising the legs and exhale while lowering the legs.

9.Front raises

This exercise requires dumbbells. Hold the dumbbells in your hands and slowly lift your arms above. Do it in repetition for 10-15 reps.

10.Side Raises

Just like front raises, side raises are done. You need to hold the weights and raise the arm from the side of the body to the shoulder. You should at least do 5 sets twice a day.

11.Stair Climbing

Stair climbing also comes under cardio. It is part of your daily routine, but by making some lifestyle changes, you can do it more without taking out the extra time; for example, you can always use stairs instead of the lift, no matter which floor you want to reach. Also, you can do it at home by spending 20 to 30 minutes in a day gap.

12.Wall Press Technique

Wall press is one of the simplest exercises that you can do at home to reduce breast size. It directly affects pectoral muscles and tones your chest. You should do at least 3 sets of this, including 15 reps each.

13.Yoga

There are many yoga poses that help you burn your fat, but there is one particular yoga pose that focuses on reducing breast size; it is “Ardha Chakra”. For this you need to stand and bend backwards.

14.Shoulder Shrugs

Shoulder shrugs are done to strengthen shoulder and upper back muscles. It reduces upper body fat and improves body posture. It plays an important role in supporting overall body tone. You should do at at least 10-15 reps.
