Hi doctor..past four days ago my baby had fever with diarrhea and vomiting..we gave medicines and now fever has subsided..but diarrhea and vomiting is still there..on giving emecet vomiting is subsiding but later it's again starting..also he was on antibiotics.. antibiotics dosage got over yesterday...what I can I do for my baby to stop his vomiting and diarrhea? Please guide me doctor
