bicornuate uterus can result in healthy pregnancies, if you had 3 mischarriage that means ovulation is occuring and implantation is also there, problem can be due to unhealthy or poor uterine lining which results in incapablity of lining to hold growing uterus which can easily be resolved with ayurveda. Still your proper history would be requiered to find out exact cause.
