I want to know if i have any psychological issue.

I have problem in sharing things with people , i don't i have any close friends or anything. I don't like talking about myself. I'm alone most of the time. I hate to discuss myself. I'm always imagining scenarios and living them. I have problems in expressing myself, and i tend to feel less emotions, like most things or should I say nothing bothers or has any impact on me. I hate most of the people i meet or know and I'm usually exhausted after being with people. I don't even like spending time with my family i almost hate them also. I don't like to have a romantic relationship like other people of my age. I don't even wish to get married or like some one. After hearing other people i have realized that i don't love people, i don't miss anyone. Like i have friends but i don't trust them i kinda like them but I'm also ok if they are not there, which i feel is not same for them or anyone else. I also tend to dislike people who like me. Thought i don't think I'm psychologically unwell but
