Dear Doctor, I am a 36-year-old male experiencing difficulties due to severe penile curvature developed over last 4 years. At times, I only achieve a soft erection, while on other occasions, I experience very hard, long-lasting, and painful erections, especially during early morning hours, which can last for more than 1-2 hours.
