I was detected lungs carcinoma in September 2022in pgi doctor Navneet Singh treatment start with ceritinib 450mg but due to some test reports of sgot sgpt high reduce to 300mg in February 2025 due to chest problem and ct scan report disease progression lorlatinib 50 mg start in March but due high cholesterol and triglycerides i stopped lorlatinib now I am facing some problem chest conjunction and numbness in brain and foot please advise me what to do
