Dr. Harminder Singh is an Interventional Cardiologist based in North Mumbai, Maharashtra, with over 15 years of experience in his chosen area of specialisation. He served for 25 years in the army before moving into private practice. He specialises in complex coronary interventions, non-surgical closure of "holes in the heart", pacemakers, ICDs, and management of heart failure patients. He is attached to several leading hospitals in North Mumbai, including the Bhakti Vedanta Hospital, IASIS Hospital, Thunga Hospital, Karuna Hospital, and Wockhardt Hospital (Mira Road). In the past he has served as a Senior Consultant at Seven Hills Hospital and Umrao Hospitals. Dr. Singh obtained the postdoctoral DM (Cardiology) superspeciality degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiology and Cardiological Society of India. After his DM, Dr. Harminder Singh worked at the Base Hospital/Delhi Cantonment and Army Hospital (Research and Referral) from January 2000 to April 2001. Subsequently, for the next three years he was designated Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at various hospitals in Kolkata, viz. the Command Hospital (Army), BM Birla Heart Research Centre, Peerless Hospital and the Ruby General Hospital. His next postings were at the Military Hospital (Cardiothoracic Centre) and Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, as Associate Professor of Cardiology, from April 2004 to December 2008, before moving to the Military Hospital Jammu and the ASCOM Hospital, Jammu. In January 2010, he was appointed Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and HOD (Cardiology) at Seven Hills Hospital, Mumbai - a post he held until October 2011. He joined the Umrao Hospital in Mira Road, as Senior Consultant (Cardiology) after this assignment, and subsequently he has been attached to the other hospitals that he is currently associated with. Dr. Harminder Singh's areas of interest are coronary interventions including complex angioplasties, IVUS, rotablation, non-coronary interventions like BMV, ABV, PVBD, cardiac electrophysiology and ablation of arrhythmias. In addition, he is keen on paediatric interventions of all types like ASD, VSD and PDA closure, as well as peripheral vascular interventions like renal angioplasty and carotid angioplasty. He has extensive surgical and clinical experience gathered over the years. Until December 2013, Dr. Singh completed more than 10,000 coronary operations, including 8,635 angiograms and 2,184 PTCA procedures, and over 200 operations in the non-coronary category, including 92 PTMC, 22 AVBD, 23 PVBD and 78 renal angioplasties. Further he has performed over 300 procedures in the paediatric segment and more than 800 procedures in the electrophysiology segment, which include 179 AVNRT ablation, 159 AVRT ablation and 336 pacemaker implantations.

Dr Deepak Kumar Mishra is an Interventional Cardiologist practising in Mumbai and Thane. He has a keen interest in the areas of primary angioplasty, complex ECGs, and newer antiplatelet therapy. He has also been trained in device closures (ASD and PDA), all types of pacemaker implantations and implantable cardiac defibrillators including the combo devices (CRT-D). He is also familiar with peripheral vascular intervention including the common femoral artery, iliac artery, renal artery, abdominal aortic, subclavian artery, carotid artery stenosis interventions and venous interventions. The non-invasive work done by him includes routine ward rounds lead ECG interpretations, Holter monitoring of indoor patients and 2D echocardiography/colour Doppler including dobutamine stress echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and treadmill stress tests. He also has a keen interest in nuclear medicine and can interpret stress thallium and SPECT images. Dr Deepak Mishra has many of his articles and papers published in peer-reviewed medical journals and newspapers or presented by him and his colleagues at conferences and symposia. He is a member of several professional associations and is actively involved in the teaching of undergraduate medical/diploma students and junior residents.
