Dr. Srijith Padmanabh is a fellowship trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon. His goal is to provide compassionate care to help improve pain, mobility, and overall quality of life. He is trained in all aspects of spine care and will lead a multi-disciplinary, coordinated effort in the treatment of all spinal disorders. Dr. Srijith Padmanabh graduated from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore where he was active in medical research. He completed his training with a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery (MS Ortho) at BLDE Medical College under Rajiv Gandhi University. He further pursued his specialization with an Adult and Pediatric Spine Surgery fellowship at Sparsh Hospital, Narayana Health City, Bangalore. He was selected for the prestigious AO Spine Long-term Fellowship and completed advanced spine surgery training from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi. This opportunity to gain personal training from some of the most eminent spinal surgeons and a depth and breadth of experience has formed the basis of his personal expertise. He is an active member of the Association of Spine Surgeons of India, the Indian Orthopaedic Association, AO Spine Asia Pacific and the Scoliosis Research Society. He has traveled the world presenting research at international meetings. He strives to constantly improve the care he provides with evidence-based medicine. His adult practice focuses on the treatment of cervical (neck), thoracic and lumbar (low back) spine problems. He is also an expert on degenerative, trauma, deformity, tumor, and infections of the spine. His particular interests include minimally invasive techniques including Microdiscectomy, Endoscopic discectomy, Minimally Invasive Lumbar and Cervical Fusion, Disc Replacement, Kyphoplasty, Vertebroplasty and many more. His pediatric practice focuses on the treatment of Adolescent Scoliosis, Kyphosis, trauma, and sports-related neck and back injuries.
