Dr CP Ravi Kumar is an eminent Consultant Paediatric Neurologist practicing in Bangalore, India, affiliated with Aster DM Hospital, Hebbal. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Dr Kumar received his training in Clinical Neurology from the
prestigious Evelina Children’s Hospital and St George Hospital, London, the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, Brighton, and the National Centre for Young Epilepsy, UK, specializing in childhood neurological disorders.
He worked as a Specialist Registrar and Consultant Paediatrician and completed a post CSST Fellowship in Complex Epilepsy in children. He received EEG training in under Dr Hans Luders, at University Hospitals, Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
Dr Ravi Kumar is dedicated to educating patients about their medical conditions and concerns and has been instrumental in setting up several multi-disciplinary clinical programs focused on providing holistic, quality services to special need children and their care givers.
Beginning with the Aster Neu Kids Child Development Centre (CDC) at Aster CMI Hospital, the neurological care model was then replicated in various areas in Karnataka, established as Peripheral Neurology Outreach Clinics, providing expert care and developmental resources for paediatric neurological disorders.
