Migraine ayurvedic treatment

I experience a lot of pain on one side of my head, and sometimes it gets so severe that I cannot bear it at all. I start feeling nauseous and swelling appears. I think it might be migraine. Someone suggested that I try Ayurvedic treatment for this, as medicine doesn’t seem to give me relief. Since I am a student and cannot afford high fees, could you please help me with a treatment for this?"

Hello Migrane has multiple and various trigger points kindly observe and note down your triggers . Start with improving your hydration and diet..avoid oily spicy and late night junk. Do not eat anything after 9 pm . Take adequate sleep decrease the screen time . Along with this start taking - पथ्यादि काढा 30 ml kadha + 30 ml luke warm water twice a day .
