Dr. Rishikant Ojha is trained at St. Stephen's Hospital, and former head Paediatrics and Neonatology of Alchemist Hospital, Panchkula-Chandigarh, he had been running his private practice for nearly 5 years in Panchkula, and has started Indirapuram's only children's hospital. He is a gold medallist in his graduation and has authored more than a dozen research publications in international journals like pediatrics, archives of diseases in childhood, BMJ during his specialization. His key area of work has been neonatal intensive care/ critical care. His key achievements in his practice have been building a relationship of 24x7 support with families of sick children, taking away fear and sensationalizing of illnesses. An ardent follower of AAA initiative of IAP to Avoid Antibiotic Abuse. Organizing cost-effective pediatric care, and cost awareness of every intervention is his principle. A member of International Lactation Consultants association (ILCA), he wholeheartedly supports breastfeeding promotion and trains new moms in breastfeeding, and moms with lactation and breastfeeding problems.
