Ms. Steffi Elizabeth Behanan is a Clinical Psychologist, Founder, Mastishk Centre for Behavioural & Psychological Interventions. She has worked with Cadabams Hospital, Bangalore. She pursued her advanced education from non-other than the Premier Institute of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Behavioural Sciences in Gujarat. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam. On completing the rigorous and specialized Training in Psychotherapeutic modalities at IBS, she became a recognized face in dealing with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Training. Her approach towards dealing with her patients has been found to be exemplary. Other areas of her specialty include Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy. She is also well-versed with various psycho-diagnostic assessment tools. These tools help her identify the problems which the patient faces and thereby, deal with it correspondingly. She's is adept in dealing with persons suffering from Depression, Anxiety, Conversion Disorder, Bipolar Affective Disorder, Schizophrenia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and so on. A person with an international vision, her passion is to be able to guide and help the mentally suffering people worldwide, so that they can lead a better and a more meaningful life in their environment.
