A consultant psychiatrist, I hold an MD degree in Psychiatry from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad (Gold Medalist) and a clinical Postdoctoral Fellow degree in Women's Mental Health from NIMHANS, Bangalore. I have experience working with adults with mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Schizophrenia, Addiction, Dementia, etc. I also have specific experience managing issues such as Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Psychosis, Complex Trauma/cPTSD, PTSD, etc. I have certification in Trauma-focused Psychotherapy and am currently enrolled in formal training for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
