Dr. Maneesha is a qualified Physiotherapist in the field of Women's Health with over 9 years of experience in her stride. She has been a very enthusiastic physiotherapist always motivating her patients to lead a healthy lifestyle. Her strong interest in supporting women during different phases of life led her to pursue further specialization in the subject. She began her journey with a specialization in Aerobics & Pilates training under the Indian Academy of Fitness Training (IAFT). Passionate about dance and music, she chose in motivating her clients to lead a fit life in a fun way. She has specialized in Women’s Health Rehabilitation from International Health and Fitness Association (IHFA) and is also a Certified Lactation Counsellor from BPNI-IYCF.
